Failing blight in a map drops FPS massively even after the monsters disappear

Hello,

So aside from massive freezes,fps drops and crashes from deli/ritual/expedition content, i discovered that when running a blight i meet in a map the game goes full 1-10fps when the monsters spawn ( meaning you are probably gonna fail it as the game is in a constant freeze state ); so after failing it the monsters disappear but the game keeps freezing/slowing with low fps all the way until you quit the map and come back to it, the cpu goes full workload non stop not to mention the shader bar going full in many cases.

I should also add that doing a blight map is impossible for me when the monsters spawn.

Tried many fixes but nothing worked everything is in lowest possible setting,


Ryzen 5 3600
RTX 2060 6GB
8GB RAM (16GB didn't change anything)
game is in SSD
