Game crash when joining map and now cant get past character selection screen

Hi guys,

my game crashed when joining abomination map, then after that every time i logged in the game would crash shortly after or when trying to join an instance (map, kingsmarch etc)

now i have verified game files, followed the steps to run steam as administrator, changed memory allocation and updated drivers, uninstalled steam and poe, and reinstalled both.

now i cant get past the character selection screen, the game crashes when joining Oriath town or lioneyes watch with a different character than my main at the moment.

any help would be much appreciated?
