Catarina immortal / Ziggaraut

Catarina ended up spawning two champions in one phase, after killing them, she became untargetable and never finished her final totem busting animation, which left her completely immortal.

Apparently this bug has been around for a while. You might want to address it sometime.

Guess what, it happened again. I normally don't encounter this many bugs in a season, but this is getting bad.

On her second phase she spawned both of the champions left, after they died, I phased her one more time. Since she didn't have the final champion to release from the prison, she went immortal/untargetable.
