SUPPORT SUCKS!! Forum gives no ANSWERS

What happened to this game?? Ran smoothly for YEARS and then BOOM! Won't run due to connection errors of some sort. I try to talk to a TECH SUPPORT BUT NO I have to go to the forums. No answers there! I run Linux OS and played on Steam.
I get this error:

Will SOMEONE please answer???
