5th and 6th map device slot not unlocking

had this thread in gameplay help and discussion before, at this point i think this might be a bug, i've killed the 10 boss maven invitation with 2 characters in standard now and both of them show the quest "the maven" as completed, i've also done a t17 with one of those characters and my map device still only has 4 slots
