Singapore Realm Latency - Servers.com Issue?

Since 2 weeks ago there seems to be a significant degradation of service in Singapore servers during peak times, noticeable with fluctuating latency in several server instances under IP 23.109.123.0/24 managed by servers.com, whereas server instances under IP 203.27.107.0/24 by GSL are fantastic and stable. Servers.com averages around 30-40ms low peak and can go as high as 140ms during weekend nights 2 weeks ago. I am now frequently getting 100ms even on weekday afternoons.

Notably during the high latency peak periods the connection is also unstable with consistent spikes that can go upwards to 500ms then back down to 30ms. The highest I've seen so far is near 2000ms. Its literally unplayable on both lockstep and predictive with severe rubberbanding when on latter setting.

I am attaching 2 pastes for reference. These were done in low peaks. I might update this with a high peak paste later at night.

Can your side talk to servers.com to see what's going on? I don't mind 30-40ms or even 70ms, its when the instance starts going hula-hoops post 100ms that's really depressing.

Singapore server is going crazy right now, i even contacted my ISP restart this and that. Whenever i go into a map, it gets crazy.

Same experience here, the latency is extremely high on the Singapore server, unplayable.

Same here, especially after 4pm, i went home for lunch sometime, and it goes so smoothly without any issue for an hour.

There are various threads with MTR posted. Even mine.
Tried with another ISP and faced the same spikes.

This thread is fast approaching 2 weeks old yet no word from GGG.
Not even an acknowledgement.

Sent an email to their support and got a generic 'we don't care' reply quoting 'limited staff resources'.

If every mob start spitting out mirrors I'd bet their 'limited staff resources' would magically be resolved within minutes.

Cmon GGG, how far have you fallen to damnation?

I am having the same issue and it feels like nothing is being done about it.
I get 276ms constantly yet sometimes going back into the hideout I magically get 56ms only for it to jump back immediately to 276+ms on the next map.
It is so frustrating, I keep dying at 80%exp as I dc on the map!

Please GGG do something!
