No Mana Regen with The Agnostic once mana hits 0

When I have The Agnostic keystone selected I can't regenerate mana once it reaches 0. This is in standard league with legacy gear. As soon as I unspec the node I can regenerate mana again. I am running RF just fine with the node. But as soon as my mana goes to 0 I can't regenerate mana.

This has been an issue for quite a while.

If you're at 0 mana, instead of draining enough mana to recover the damage over time you're taking, it's draining up to its maximum drain. While you can out-recover it with a large burst of recovery over time, it would take a lot of mana recovery to achieve that. Even a mana flask can have a hard time recovering enough mana, depending on the build.

If the Mind Drinker passive you have allocated that grants you "Recover 2% of Mana on Kill" isn't enough to offset the Agnostic drain, I'd suggest using the Life Mastery that causes you to count as "On Full Life" while at 90% Life or above. This would completely shut off the Agnostic drain while near full life, so your Mana can regenerate as per normal again.
