Reflect is vestigial. D2 invented, and deleted it. Why is it still here?

No matter how well prepared you are (Yugul + Sibyl's? Haha you fool), there's always some crazy weird conversion edge case that will get you.

Remove this outdated mechanic from the game already. Diablo 2 removed Iron Maiden, which is the source and inspiration for this mechanic.
