Frost Viking MTX

Is there a reason why this MTX transforms Maces/Sceptres into the axe version of the MTX instead of the sword version? I like the look of the MTX but want it to be the sword version on my sceptre instead of the axe version.

Wish there was a toggle for maces/sceptres to change between the options.
