Failed to connect to instance

Hi,
Having troubles getting from one hub to another, after login in, it takes me to the Karui Shores without a problem, but using the waypoint to the Hideout ends up with a message "Failed to connect to instance". I've been able to pass this in some ocassions and managed to get into a map, but going back to the Hideout presents the same issue.

Already tried changing servers and same problem.

I've already searched for alternatives, but none of them really fixed the issue (reinstalling, cleaning cache, etc) Any advice?
