King in the mists stuck in the wall after labyrinth phase

The King In The Mist Stuck after coming out of the maze he send you in;

Phase 3 King in the Mists. It immediately got stuck in the doorway at the bottom and I was never able to damage it. I ran around the arena for 5 minutes with frogs and other stuff spawning but KITM never moved, animated, or did anything. Had a friend join with RF, nothing ever happened nor did any damage.
