Infinite loading screen

Everything was working fine until I opened went through a Eater portal. Got stuck on loading screen when I used the portal. Restarted the game and after loading in town I couldn't get to hideout cause of loading screen. After several restarts I managed to get into the boss fight. After the fight on my way out, again stuck on loading screen. Now I barely can get to the hideout or just get out of town.

I've tried the troubleshooting guide. Other suggestions I found on the forum. Deleted cache. Disabled all overlays, changed regions, changed the GPU API's, reset the setting, having no loot filter, you name it. Reinstalled the game after complete deletion of the files to a NVMe ssd from a sata ssd, and tried the aforementioned things again. Reinstalled GPU driver with a clean installation.

X299 17-7800X
MSI 2080ti
32GB ram
Samsung 960 pro 512GB New install
Samsung 850 evo 512GB Originally installed on


Having way too much fun this league. Help plz.

I have the exact same issue it started about 2 hours ago never had any issue before that. I have tried all the same things and everything I could find on forum/reddit etc.

PC Spec:
AMD-Ryzen 9 5950X
Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti
32GB Ram
NVMe SAMSUNG MZVLW512 SCSI (original install)
Samsung 980 PRO 1TB (new install)

Same issue here.
