Faustus QoL

Hey I just quickly wanted to tackle on couple here to make Faustus more QOL if he were to stick around.

1. Player Fixed Ratios
Allow players to write down the ratio instead of mathing it out every single time.

2. Buttons for locking and releasing manual entered ratios
Add a button that allows to LOCK ratio and upon release allows the ratio to sync with the current market ratio.

3. After locking the ratio automatically adapt the "I have" "I want" amount accordign to the locked ratio without the necessity to swap back and forth between ratios or have people flip out their calculator :)
