Bloodscent Cluster Jewel Noteable Not working

The bloodscent cluster jewel noteable is not working with Thrusting swords such as vaal raiper, Paradoxia. It works with the axe's tested with. It works with other swords non thrusting swords.

Bumping Bloodscent is still not working on Jewelled foil base item ...
losing a ton of dps on my build cause of that bug |

" 3.25.1 Hotfix 2, Aug 21: "Fixed a bug where the Bloodscent Cluster Jewel Passive Skill was not affecting Rapiers." Are you looking for a buff icon? Rage isn't a buff and is no longer displayed as one. You can track your rage via a gauge that runs across the top of the mana orb (once you've gained rage at least once in an area). |

I'm very well aware of the gauge don't worry i double checked everything before posting.
I can provide pob and record of the bug later if needed. |

That would probably be helpful.
Running a quick test based on the character it looks like you were using, I am getting rage via Bloodscent while using Smite with a Jewelled Foil. |

" You're at 28 rage when Eater says "Inescapable Doom", it drops off while you aren't taking damage while charging the last sphere, and you're back up to 20 rage when the fight ends. You don't get the rage every hit, because there's a cooldown on rage gain from hits that's now global (so all sources of "rage gained on hit" can simply be added together). |
