cannot trade. My prices arent getting listed on trade site.

I wish I was kidding. I set a price on something and two hours later I am still not listed. What is going on ?

I have same issue ocassionaly.
I have listed a few items - and 3 hours later im found that im still not listed in a trade site near others dudes with same watchers eyes.

What helped me - relisting items, and restarting a game - as i remember.
