Can't use Vulkan render option :(

Hello!

I am trying to run PoE on my Asus laptop which has the following specs:

System Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
System Model: TUF Gaming FX505DV_FX505DV
BIOS: FX505DV.312 (type: UEFI)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx (8 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

I tried installing different versions of NVidia drivers and the latest one 560.81 will not let me load into active gameplay (when I select a character I get into a long loading screen and then the game crashes). I installed an older version 552.22 and it works fine, but I cannot change to Vulkan at all (when I change to Vulkan the game stops working and it says "Not responding" and then I have to close it). I also tried to modify the boot file .ini to boot the game with Vulkan and after I open the title the screen goes Black and it's not responding.

I would like to use Vulkan since on DX11 the performance is pretty bad and I can't really play the game like that... It's pretty frustrating.

I also tried checking integrity files and reinstalling the game which did not fix it.

Anyone please help! Game is from 2013 and we need last gen computers to run it, its a bit ridiculous.

and since then the game has been constantly updated to include more modern features...stating bug game is from 2013 is a dumb thing to say.

Use dx12?
and make sure your settings are right for your system, so in your case low settings 1080p, capped 60fps, dynamic culling on, but leave dynamic resolution off, you could also benefit from up scaling.

It's not a dumb thing to say, it's the truth. Which modern features? The game doesn't have a sort function or a function that lets you put all your currency in your stash with just one click. It's trying to be modern, but it's not. I love the game, but it onviously has its limitations. Can't wait for PoE2 which I hope will be better optimized and can be run even on lower end computers.

Thanks for the advice, but I already have everything on low and tried using upscaling, but it's not anything too noticeable. I also tried dx12 which is a bit better than 11, but Vulkan is just the best in terms of performance.

And I can run D4 on my laptop and it works just fine btw. A game from 2023 which has way better graphics than PoE. And it has a sort function.
