ERROR WHEN OPENING THE GAME

Hello,
I'm having the error shown in the photo, every time I open the game this happens. https://files.fm/f/9hx9gkt6nq I've uninstalled and installed the game, I've restarted the PC several times, I've checked the task manager to see if there is an executable, but nothing appears there.
