Still "Unable to connect to login server" after trying almost everything. (Resolved)

I'm able to update the game with no problem, but no matter what gateway I select when logging in, the result is always "unable to connect to login server".

I have tried the following but since I'm here posting, nothing worked.

- I disabled both windows' and my routers firewall.
- I change the DNS server and flush DNS cache. (In fact, I know DNS query is not the issue after reading the network packet-capture result).
- I tried (Nord)VPN, it doesn't work. (Ndit Threaone of the gateways work no matter what node I selected in VPN, and VPN itself is functioning in my network, when connected to VPN, other network traffic is correctly VPNed.)
- Both `ping` and `tracert` to par01.login.pathofexile.com succeeded.
- I contact my ISP, while they helped disabled their default banned IP for my home, it didn't work.
- The "--nopreload" or "--nosound" hack I found in the forum didn't work.
- Rebooting nothing helps solving the issue.

If I use my neighbor's wifi or hotspot of mobile phone, I don't have issue logging in, but I rather not play PoE with these options...

I live in Switzerland and I wonder what could be the issue. Since official support email is non-existent, posting on the forum is my last straw. So it'd be great if I could gain some insight here.

Edit: The problem is solved (for now) after I used wire connection to login then disconnected the ethernet cable and use wifi again. I have completely no idea why that worked but I'll take it.
