Console Lag and Unexpected Disconnects

This game is becoming unplayable this season. I am either lagging out or crashing on everything I do. Leveling is impossible, since it results in negative XP at least once or twice a map. Completing anything on the harder side or single instance is impossible as it just burns a portal, or locks you out.
I'm at the point where I can not progress. My build is more than capable of doing this content but the game is not letting me do so.
I am beyond frustrated at this point.
There has got to be a fix for this. I'm used to some lag spikes but this is every 5 minutes. Not to mention playing coop it locks up seconds into anything.
This game is a PS4 game and can't even run on a PS5.
I was going to pick up the battlepass but honestly after the 9 hour delay on league start and now it being completely unplayable you won't see any funds from me.
Can console get some love?

I believed, i am alone with the same problem as you, but it looks like this is a common problem with PS. In my case each mob group bigger than 3-5 leads to crash. I've tried everything on my side, but i think the problem is on GGG side. They actually are not interested on PS players, they get enough money from PC users, so i suggest to wait and do not give them more money as you allready did.
