Blight on Console

I'm just curious if other players experience severe amounts of lag/choppy gameplay doing blight encounters on console. Or is it just my internet? I can be fine until the end stages of it. Never had really previous invested in blight, and I may not now either because of the massive lag associated with them...

Something is up this league where anything that spawns lots of mobs in a short time is very likely to cause a massive lag spike (sometimes resulting in DC).

If you look over the bug report and feedback forums, there's tons of posts about Harvest, Ambush, Ritual, etc.

Blight can sometimes be like that too.

I know it's not a real solution, but running less juicy maps (lower pack size, fewer or no scarabs, etc) does seem to eliminate most of the lag spikes. Not all of them.

Also, separate note, if you're asking about Blighted Maps (or Blight-Ravaged Maps), as opposed to blight encounters in maps, then I would say it's probably fine? I haven't run any since the newest patch, but I ran a dozen or so on earlier patches and never had any issues with them.
