got banned two times and dont know why !!!!!!!!!! the game is stealing us

i got banned two times and the reason (section 7 ) as they say
and what about the section 7 i've made ? nothing
tell me what i have done ? - no
i made new windows in second time and new account and again wasted time and money on it and again i got banned for the same reason
-what is the reason ! -we cant tell you
-why , i want to avoid it -we cant tell u cuz you will avoid it

so this is how you make players give you their money

I had a friend who literally got banned during campaign day one of settlers league for no reason i was literally setting next to him in internet cafe and his ban reason was section 7 , the guy was trying the game for the first time and he got banned for breaching section 7 , the ban appeal was declined and they were sure that it's not an error they did the investigation in 5 minutes and decided that he breached whatever they think he breached, crazy game man my heart is with you , errors can happen but they really need to improve the way they investigate such cases many people spend money in this game and they deserve better treatment than 5 minutes investigation time

Playing on your personal account in an Internet cafe can be dangerous. There might me software on the computer which gets detected as a bannable offence.

i only play POE at cybercafes if the cybercafe is from a reputable cybercafe franchise.

usually the these cybercafes "refresh" their pcs regularly to avoid viruses etc

i dont know how they banned u its too skitchy u got banned after you pay money for premuim tabs its not fair i hope GGG re invastigate ur case they should do that and i think its ur right
as a coustmer and player in path of exile to know what happend they banned ur main account and u make another account and put money to purchase tabs to enjoy game and they banned u i hope they get ur account back GGG PLZ
