Kingsmarch town SUPER LAG/Dropping Frames

Was fine the whole time now after the update I'm spiking and dropping frames constantly in kingsmarch its so bad its hard to move around or anything.. anyone else having this problem? my ms is 4-13 and my usual frames is 160 @ 1440p

in my hideout I'm sitting on 6ms 160 fps chilling no spikes or anything.

I had this problem until some hours ago, even posted here on the tech forum...
My frames were like yours, rollercoaster like, my manage town window was even worse until i tried to shuffle some smelters and miners, my minerals were pilling up and after setting more miners to mine them, the stutter was gone.
I was fighting against the stutter because of achievements and then this happened, hope it helps.

I had the same issue and when i checked, I had a lot of smelting workers working on a single type of ore, so I redistributed them evenly. That solved the problem, I no longer have any FPS issues in Kingsmarch or the Manage Town screen.
