Visual tracker for Cruel Retort

It's very hard to keep track of the Retaliation skills, especially if the build doesn't have many of them

It'd be pretty neat to have some sort of tracker, somewhere, maybe near the mana bar? (Like rage)
Or maybe as a counter on all Retaliation skills? (Similar to Fist of War)
