Quitting the league :/

I think that the management of kingsmarch isn't that fun. Op used the words "highly dissatisfying" and I agree with a lot of that sentiment.

It just didn't hit the right stuff. Something about kingsmarch is rotten and I really don't know what.

I think it has something to do with being so volatile. Workers can die every reward cycle and replacing them can be a pain. People using lvl10s won't get them to roll, same with people looking for cheaper wages.

Then the bosses are worst then trying to farm harvest tier 4 seeds.

It just feels like a bad mmo grind without the mmo payoff.

It is close to being really decent, but the execution really missed the mark on terms of fun. Which is heavily subjective. It doesn't help when ggg teasers lack a lot of context.
Kingsmarch could be way better if they reduced the cost of workers/rerolls or just increase the ammount of gold in T16 by 2x or 3x.

There is no reason why workers in shipping should be lost (either by a brawl, decided to stay at port,...) with 0% risk. It's just a dumb artificial way to make you loose workers and spent possibly hundreds of thousands of gold rerolling go get that lvl 10 worker back.

Same as mapping, there is no reason for you to have 1% to die with lvl 10 workers even doing a white T1 map other than make you artifically play longer when you eventually loose that mapper.

Kingsmarch was a good idea but they way they implemented it feels too "forced", too artificially made for you to loose workers so you got to interact with it again to get them back. Awesome mechanic for one league but definitly should not go core, only faustus and recombinators should go core for me.

Ehh, kingsmarch feels too much like it should be a separate game rather than a core mechanic for poe.

I don't know about others but I am very much sick of setting up Heist and Delve every league as is

(which is why I completely disabled that content in this one)

Kingsmarch is basically an order of magnitude more tedious than those two systems with its constant babying.

Sure it was a money factory but good lord filling the disenchanter every 20 minutes and being forced to login daily to top off wages is something I do NOT in the slightest miss now that I am basically done with the league and move to the off season.

Yep, that's why I ignore delve every league unless there's a challenge I have to do for it. And heist I mostly ignore unless there are challenges or I just feel like doing it again(but rogue harbor performance is horrendous so I'll probably keep ignoring it). They really need to just delete all those quest contracts because it's so stale and boring to do them for the 50th time while they clog up your inventory.

The constant "oh I need to stack up 24 hours of gold" is really overbearing and getting to mmo levels of daily chores. Like I never thought gold would be this much of a problem, I assumed everyone would have millions just from running maps and doing their atlas progression at their own pace. That's what the reveal livestream made me think, but guess I was baited kek

my biggest concern about if they put the town in as core is the mandatory time requirement to get it up to speed again.

I absolutely despise mechanics that require a certain amount of hours before they become playable/acceptable.

Delve is passable now that the mine can start at a decent level, only takes a few azurite nodes to really get going.

Heist is awful, like 10 hours before you are ready to actually heist properly.

Sanctum is about right, it gets easier as you progress but its fine at the start.

If we have to upgrade the town every league I would view this as a significant step back, I don't know what they specifically have in mind for the town but I hope it isn't the heist treatment.
