You're not alone. I've heard some people on global saying the same thing about SG gateway and I am also experiencing the same problem. The in game ping spikes from 50~900 which is unplayable.

How do you test WinMTR to SG Server ? I am getting this but DNS name not resolved ? |------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | WinMTR statistics | | Host - % | Sent | Recv | Best | Avrg | Wrst | Last | |------------------------------------------------|------|------|------|------|------|------| | 192.168.0.1 - 0 | 170 | 170 | 0 | 0 | 8 | 0 | | 175.137.84.254 - 0 | 170 | 170 | 2 | 5 | 21 | 7 | | 10.55.49.115 - 36 | 71 | 46 | 5 | 6 | 14 | 6 | | 10.55.52.31 - 0 | 170 | 170 | 1 | 3 | 22 | 3 | | 10.55.37.84 - 1 | 166 | 165 | 3 | 4 | 29 | 3 | | 162.158.24.253 - 77 | 43 | 10 | 3 | 8 | 19 | 4 | | 172.65.254.9 - 0 | 170 | 170 | 3 | 3 | 13 | 4 | |________________________________________________|______|______|______|______|______|______| WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider | |
Same here, sometimes you get a good instance but sometimes get one with unplayably high latency. Looks like one of their Singapore servers has a problem.

Having the same issues on EU servers, so its not about SG

Singapore realm has been an absolute dumpster fire this entire league. Some instances connect, some have huge packet loss, others crash. It's incredibly inconsistent. I've also run the same MTR tests and the packet loss is coming entirely from the host. I'm starting to think the ISP they've hired out is operating out of a garage or something, unable to manage connections from outside of Singapore itself.

I've previously posted my findings here. Didn't notice a thread has been started around the time the issue began to surface.
So far the only viable alternative is to run a VPN to avoid routing possibility into servers hosted by servers.com. I've resigned to using a VPN with Japan IP to play through Japan realm on predictive mode in case the latency goes over 200ms. Often times I get 80ms which is just slightly worse than servers.com. They also don't have the roller-coaster spikes that are consistent in servers.com where its impossible to play even with predictive mode. " You are tracing the IP of the login server, not the instance server. The IP of the instance server can be found in the Client.txt log file in your game folder. You will find something like this:
