rune enchant for increased fire resistance above 75% fire resistance

This text is not clear that it scales off of maximum fire resistance not fire resistance.

I tested it out and it only scales with increases to maximum fire resistance above 75%

Could the text read increased fire damage per 1 maximum fire resistance above 75%

I find this type of wording to be more clear on what it's limit is.

When it states per 1 fire resistance above 75% it implies it scales off of fire resistance and not maximum fire resistance.

Perhaps this is intended to scale only with maximum fire resistance up to 90%

or was it supposed to scale with fire resistance?
