[idea] Bring back that 2012 closed-beta feel

I miss towns with no mtx. I miss the old music. No I don't mean the 2016 'old' music, I mean pre-2013 music.

Idea 1: We have custom lootfilters, why not custom music option? This would allow us to bypass the rediculous copyright issues with the original 2012 music, allow us to share 'music packs' with each other, and have the game automatically sync our locally downloaded music depending on which zone we enter.

Idea 2: I'm sure it's been requested 1000x before. Give players an option to hide MTX in towns.
