Empty Currency (etc) Slots not showing Information in 3.25

Hello there,

I feel like empty Slots from Stash Tabs like Currency or Fragments should now show the Tooltip of the missing Item you're hovering over.

The reason for "now" is that we basically already have that with the Currency Exchanger implemented in 3.25 - we have a Menu with every Item and its Infos already available at any time we want, it just requires more Clicks and another NPC.
