I can't play with my mac m1 pro

I'm trying to log in with my Mac M1 Pro and most of the time I get a message saying I can't log in to the server, but when I finally manage to log in and select my character, I get a message saying I can't connect to the instance. This is just disgusting. I want to play and I can't.
