Failed to load item filter and login info cannot be saved

My game is creating folders with random names in it every time I login in or try to load a filter. Also, I need to enter my password again even I clicked "Save login Details"

i tried reinstalling a few times and the problem still exist. Also all my game settings are reset every time I start the game.

Pleas HELP!!!!!!
