Lost divine orb on crash exiting heist

Hi,

A few mins ago, I got a divine orb right at the start of a heist from one of the boxes and left immediately while lockdown was not yet started.
I then exited via the red portal. The game then said "lost connection to the realm" and disconnected me to the login and the divine orb and green heist quest were gone.

Is this a bug? Particularly painful, as this was a divine orb....

So the loss of the divine orb is due to how the game saves the data.

By that i mean the game saves periodically while you play and always when you interact with your stash(add/remove)
Every so often if you are really unlucky a crash or a DC can happen between save periods, example: game saves, you then fine divine orb, there is 30 seconds before the next save but you crash first, so anything that happened after the first save is gone and can't be recovered.

So is the issue you had a bug?
Could be an instance crash (bug reports are auto generated for that)
Could be something else, the game itself though didn't crash so it looks like some sort of connection issue
