Suggested moderation in the Spanish chat (Please, read it)

I have to say that I wasn't sure where to put this, so if this isn't the right place, I apologize.

I would like to suggest more moderation in the Spanish chat, specifically in /Global 1 Español, or alternatively, that the penalties be more severe. I'm not sure if other languages have these issues, but we're talking about racism, bullying, xenophobia, and constant insults and disrespect—truly constant.

Special mention goes to Spaniards from Spain; they are the most targeted. Any Spanish-speaking person, and I mean "literally anyone" who is not from Spain, is constantly insulted, to the point where we are told, "Spaniards shouldn't be here."

Some people cling to things from the past and say things like, "return the gold you stole," referring to when Spain conquered the Americas more than 500 years ago. This, frankly, seems ridiculous to me, using an excuse like that to continue insulting...

We've reached a point where coexistence is almost impossible. People directly advise others not to activate the chat, and I know, from friends, that they haven't turned it on in years precisely because of these problems.

I've been called or told (and I apologize for using these offensive words, but how else can I let you know what words are used?):



But this happens to everyone and among everyone. However, when they find out that a person is Spanish, it gets even worse. They bully you, they harass you to the point where you don't want to play the game. I know many people who no longer play because they don't want to deal with this. They need to use the chat to ask questions or sell items, but when they turn it on, they only find a war...

Please, I don't know what measures you can take, if more moderation can be added, or if the bans that are applied can be more severe, but this is something that does not give the best impression of the game. If someone asks me how the game is, I only have good things to say, honestly, I love it, but I am forced to warn about the problems with the chat.

I can assure you that this issue has caused people to not want to log into the game, just because of this reason, and it's a shame because the game is truly a delight. I've only been playing for 5 leagues, but I'm getting more hooked every time, and the experience is clouded by such serious issues.

I apologize for the words used to elaborate on this text while explaining the problem, and I sincerely hope that you can find a solution to this issue. We've reached a point where "normal and decent" people are creating guilds just to talk among themselves, ignore the chat, deactivate it, and help each other with any questions or needs in the game.

Why do we have to resort to this when we could have peaceful and healthy coexistence? I truly don't understand.
