Game freeze crash

So... My game is running everything in low, I tried directx 11, 12 and vulkan. But no matter what I try, I am getting freeze of game (character) when I change zone/room.(after loading screen). I tried to search for a fix, but havent found anything. Can anyone please help? When I run acendesay or quest etc. I often have to take them over, because the game freezes.

Hi, could you provide some more info?
Steam vs Standalone
Win11/Win10
CPU
GPU + Driver version
Any error messages when the game freezes? Does the game crash completely or kick you back to login?
Ofcause.

Playing thru steam. 1500 hours played over the past many years. This startede last season, and its like its getting worse.

Win 11 home

Cpu: Intel core i7-11700F 11th gen

Gpu: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Version: 560.81

No error messages, the game just freezes, I can see my char, but I cant move. I just need to exit game or exit to login and go in again.

Thanks, not sure if you've seen other threads but I'll mention it again. All of the nvidia drivers after 552.22 April release have weird bugs (5 versions or so). These bugs are not affecting everyone and it may be a lottery roll or hardware config in everyone's pc's causing issues.

3 things I recommend you do:

    1:
Run a WinMTR while connected just so we can get a baseline of your connection.
To get the information from the Client.txt file faster I'd recommend exiting the game first then either rename the original or delete it so the game creates a new file that's much smaller.

    2:
Try rolling back to a more stable video driver: 552.22 April release.

    3:
Try downloading the standalone version of the client to rule out a potential corrupted Steam installation.
