Master Missions and Scarabs

Feels bad, particularly as a filthy casual. I never seem to get them randomly (almost done with yellow maps), and locking them behind scarab drops/use is a ... design decision, but not a particularly good one considering how broke I am.

Gating content like delve, betrayal, etc like this is literally killing my will to play. Particularly betrayal since I can't even attempt to craft my own gear and have to choose between upgrades and scarabs with my limited resources on 1-2h of play a day.

Also, wtf is with Kirac? I've had exactly one mission. No automatic 1/day like previous leagues (mind you I didn't play last league). This feels insanely bad since now I can't even buy any useful maps from him and have been barely scraping by on drops.
