Abnormal disconnect

Moving between instances causes game crash with one of the following errors:

2024/08/08 22:42:15 17981609 aeceac73 [INFO Client 1956] Abnormal disconnect: Failed to connect to instance

2024/08/08 23:30:44 20889953 aeceac73 [INFO Client 3668] Abnormal disconnect: This operation requires the account to be logged in.

This started about 3 days ago and is gradually becoming more frequent. I have no performance or other issues. I can recreate this issue at any time currently so if more information in needed please let me know.

I have so far:
Ran PackCheck.exe from my Path of Exile install directory
Cleared my client's cache from %AppData%\Path of Exile
Removed the client config files from \Documents\My Games\Path of Exile

Network: Broadband Internet connection 300mbs up and down

Dedicated Memory: 16109 MB
SSD: 1TB

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.
