Cannot load into any instance on one character.

I cannot load into even Karui shore on eu servers with this character (hierophant), but I can load into Karui shore but not hideout with my warden, on EU.

I can load into instances with the Auckland server.

I have contacted my ISP and they cannot help me, and additionally this issue was not present yesterday.

i think im having the same problem, when i select my char i never get past the loading karui shores screen. is this the issue you have aswell?

i have the same problem. i delete and redownload game , checked files from steam, downloaded latest graphic card drivers but still same any solution??
