My miners isnt mining anything

Hi, im having a trouble with my miners. they isnt mining, i have money in my city (over 6k of gold) and all other buildings are working (ship, melting) ... Someone can tell me what is happening? Dont know how to place a img.

Do you have ore marked for them to mine? You have to find it out in the world. It doesn't generate on it's own.

" You have to do content to mark ores in the maps/zones. Then the miners can mine it. Then once they have mined it the smelters can smelt it. Miners do not generate ore like the farmers generate crops.. only whatever you mark for them. |

Yes i already have four minerals unlocked and place to work 9 miners already in different minerals, to see if that is working but noting.

" Being 'unlocked' does not mean you have ore 'marked.' A screenshot would help a lot. |

Your screenshots are not accessible.
As stated above, you must find ore on the maps so that workers can mine it. Workers do not generate ore on their own. If you find 500 ore, workers will only be able to mine 500 ore. |

This shows the ore you have found that workers can mine. They cannot mine more.
