Incredible 5 sec lag spikes constantly

I'm experiencing constant 5 sec lag spikes which is causing me to die and lose millions of experience repeatedly. It happens right at the worst time being surrounded by 50 mobs. Not sure what to do about this but it's insanely frustrating. Just some feedback. This entire league has been like this.
