new spell effects make everything lagg

since you guys added the new lightning effects changes to spells, i cant even do maps anything with new lightning effects are just very laggy , the new tornatos changing map makes everything laggy , i wish you guys make a very low setting for people the just want to play the game and enjoy it, this league is the best one yet and i cant even do maps without been at 10fps.. i just want play the game this wasnt ever a deal still 4 leagues ago... please i beg just have a setting for low end pcs, everytime you guys make a new spell either for enemies just make a very low effect form of it, like very very low like i rather see a red line then a tornato if it means my game running at 30fps is all i ask im begging you guys im begging please i love you guys and this game let me play this league
