Hideout crash (Ghost-Lit Graveyard Hideout)

So i crashed while exiting a map to my hideout, when tried to revisit my hideout after every relaunch of the game i keep crashing, so i switched the hideout from Helena to a random hideout i was able to visit it normally, but when switching back to the first hideout (Ghost-Lit Graveyard Hideout) i still crash when visiting it.

can i get a solution for this please.

let me know if any more datils needed.
