Problem with starting up the game.

Greetings

On league start I had this issue where loading screens had like 70-80% chance that'd freeze up until not responding. After exhausting search a friend suggested to update drivers from the laptop manufacturer instead of the GPU's, which seems to resolve the problems. Now with this morning patch I am again getting the same freezes till not responding and makes the game DISGUSTINGLY UNBEARABLE.

Please advise me on how to resolve this problem.
