American servers are unplayable for me

I hate the kind of people who overuse the word "literally" and the kind of people who are quick to say that a game is "unplayable". Every game is playable no matter the issues.





The USA servers are literally unplayable for me. It can't be done.


In every previous season I have a ping between 40 and 60 all the time, but for some reason my ping constantly races back and forth between 17 and 600. My screen stutters every 2-3 seconds, and I'm pretty much unable to do a whole lot.



Not sure what the issue is, or what changed between my connection ahd the USA server connections, but I've never had any issues remotely like this before.
