Shock is NOT refreshed when cursing with defiled forces allocated

Hello, the duration of shock is not refreshed with defiled forces. Easy to test steps...

1. Use lightning tendrils (always crits and will always shock therefor)
2. After the monster has any shock value on it stop using the skill and spam any curse (like flammability)
3. Watch as the shock disappears on the monster.
4. Cry in zdps

Pls fix if able.
