Ctrl + mousewheel scrolling stash tabs

Is there a setting where I can turn this off? I can't find it anywhere. I'm using Ctrl + mousewheel for left-click to move items to and from my stash a bit faster, but I notice sometimes that this same action scrolls through my stash tabs as I'm trying to move items from inventory to stash. How can I turn this off? (Note: this only seems to happen sometimes and not all of the time).

I ultimately just want scrollwheel to function as a left-click, but only conditionally via Ctrl, so I can also use it for scrolling and zoom (challenges list, passive/atlas trees, etc.) Any tips? Thanks.

This is usually caused by a feature built into 3rd party apps like Awakened PoE or PoE Overlay
