crashing after startup

my game is constantly crashing to desktop after i log into the game. sometimes i manage to get past to my character but 2-3 seconds in im getting a crash.

sometimes the game lets me get in and play, i just have to try it for 40 times until i actually get to stay ingame without the crashes. if i dont get crashed the first time i log in, then its all good.

can you please help me out, this is getting very frustrating :(
