Can't load in to PoE town

I can't load in to PoE when I select a character, the gears stop turning and the game becomes unresponsive.
I'm running a Windows 11 Home on Acer Nitro, Processor is Intel Core i5-10300H, DirectX ver12
My Nvidia Driver is up to date, i've uninstalled and reinstalled, I verified integrity of game files
The last client logs before I exit out say: Tile hash: 1139181677, Doodad hash: 2393431363

I used to be able to play a year ago or so, but stopped for a while, and can't play anymore
