Crashes on loading screen non-stop

I am new to the game. The game loads at great speed. However, I hear the environment and then the game crashes. I am back at the desk top. I've tried several youtube videos and I cannot find a solution. I use HWmonitor and nothing is overheating.
Does anyone have a guide as to what to do? None of my other games do this.
