Mac client corrupted on update

Trying to use the native client because steam version had multi-threaded disable and this made performance horrendous and there’s connection issues without any fix also; need to keep reopening the game until I can login,
Since we won’t see any fix soon, I’ve been trying to install the native client, but even after allowing the updater on settings > security the updater corrupt itself and only show “move to trash” option;
There’s any work around for the native client to work?

MBP M3 18gb on macOS 14.6 Sonoma
