Blight scarab of the blightheart extremely underwhelming

the one chest reward is so underwhelming, 99% of the time none of the rewards are even showing on my filter!

I thought this whole time that it's a 'fish for a good chest' kind of scarab, but i just landed a currency chest..... and i got less than 2c total worth from it!

We are talking every blight node, fully juiced t16, 8 moded..

Potential solutions if ggg reads it by chance;

a)Buff chest reward multiplier
b)Let it always be a blight reward chest, rather than random

anyway, what are your takes on it?

Yea the two times I used it, I got an armour cache and a weapons cache. Not really that much fun getting those.

just got a currency one and for the first time EVER in many many runs it has procced multiple chest opens, great showcase of how bad the rewards are

Another key issue;

Nobody wants to spend 3-4 minutes fighting blight lanes for the pustule to be a divination card one and only get 4 stacked decks from it.

That goes to show that 2 lanes of blight gave ma 4x multiplier when using the blightheart scarab as it should have only been 1 stacked deck from the chest originally.

Kind of the same thing I have noticed with delirium, I can have 7 rewards on all my tiles, and only 7 stacked decks drop. They really need to scale those back up and not only drop one from reward chests anymore.


ya, just had a 2 line blight in a crazy per usual map into 3x openable currency pustule droping a grand total of 1, singular chaos orb and some change
I would love it if this changed to only have a blight reward chest, even if the reward was toned down. I want to like this scarab, as it takes away the need to minimize the number of portals by choosing a narrow map and you don't have to run after each reward chest, but as it is, it just makes the rewards worse.

I just used one of these for the first time. The "SUPER" chest had less rewards than a single non-scarab'ed chest would've. Had to kill 20 blight bosses to get it too. Not only a waste of a scarab, but a waste of my blight encounter.
How incredibly dumb. Almost as dumb as a screenfull of transmutation shards from harbingers.
I did nothing but blight and blighted maps till lvl. 100% with my first char this league and I think it is pretty hard to say how good or how bad those scarabs are because blight is always either hero or zero. I sometimes run 20 blighted maps not getting stuff worth 1 div out of a map but the the next few maps are 5-8 div each. The only thing that is REALLY bad atm is that blighted maps drop almost no gold.
