Wings of Entropy Offhand Bugfix

Hello,

Currently, wings of entropy (and its replica version) are bugged in terms of the mtx department. They not only do not take any weapon microtransactions but we cannot apply weapon effects to it either. With the new gladiator changes I was really looking forward to using the replica wings of entropy with the tons of weapon effects I had but unfortunately am not able to do so.

Can this please be looked at? It is such a cool weapon and it would be a shame if it stays in its current state.
